3. Records Available

Patient/client records (subject to HPCSA confidentiality), financial records, operational records, HR records, website records, correspondence.

4. How to Request Access

Submit requests via Form 2 (Regulation 7) to info@zeldabiokinetikus.co.za with subject "PAIA Request". Specify the record(s), form of access, your contact details, and the right you seek to exercise. A prescribed fee may apply.

5. Grounds for Refusal & Remedies

Access may be refused per Chapter 4 of PAIA (privacy of third parties, commercial confidentiality, etc.). Refusals may be appealed to the Information Regulator within 180 days.

6. POPIA Processing

We comply with the 8 conditions for lawful processing: accountability, processing limitation, purpose specification, further processing limitation, information quality, openness, security safeguards, and data subject participation.
