About Zelda Lamprecht
Zelda Lamprecht is a highly qualified biokineticist registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and the Biokinetics Association of South Africa (BASA).
With years of clinical experience, Zelda has helped hundreds of patients recover from orthopaedic injuries, manage chronic conditions, and achieve peak physical performance through evidence-based exercise therapy.
Her approach combines the latest sports science research with compassionate, one-on-one care — ensuring every patient receives a programme tailored to their unique physiology, goals, and lifestyle.

Zelda Lamprecht
Owner / Biokineticist
Zelda is the founding member of the practice, completing her BA (Hons) Sport Science at the University of Pretoria in 1999 and her BSc (Hons) Biokinetics at the University of Zululand in 2000. She also has various qualifications in the fitness, sport and business fields.
She is registered with the Health professions council of South Africa (HPCSA) and the Biokinetics Association of South Africa (BASA). She is working with orthopaedic-, cardiac-, sports rehabilitation, diabetes, and hydrotherapy. In addition, she works as Biokineticist and Conditioning Specialist for the South African Korfball Team since 2009.
She used to lecture for the International Institute for Fitness Instructors (IIFT)(2010-2015). She participates in road running and cycling on a recreational level. She can also lose herself in a good book and travelling the world.
Michelle Meier
Biokineticist
Michelle grew up in Paulpietersburg and completed her undergraduate degree in Sport Science in 2023, and an Honours in Biokinetics at the University of Pretoria in 2024.
She is passionate about helping people restore function and progress through movement and exercise so they can reach their full potential.
Michelle has a special interest in female health and pregnancy and enjoys working with children. She is certified in Pilates for pregnancy and trained in sports massage.
Outside of work, she loves staying active with hikes, road running and playing sports, and relaxes with a good book.
Idane Herbst
Biokineticist
Idane Herbst is originally from Bloemfontein and completed her degree in 2023 at the University of the Free State.
She always had a great interest in Biokinetics and is very passionate about using exercise as medicine. Idane has a special interest in working with athletes and the geriatric population. She's passionate about educating her patients through their rehabilitation and using her creativity to do so.
Idane strongly believes that her love for Biokinetics started with her love for sport. She stays active through running, weight training, and pilates, and loves trying new sports and spending time outdoors during her free time.
